The Uniform Shop can be contacted by email at uniformshop@npspandc.com or by phoning the NPS School Office.
Payments
The online Uniform Shop accepts payment via direct deposit or credit card. If paying by direct deposit, please email a copy of the receipt to uniformshop@npspandc.com. Cash and EFTPOS are only accepted in person, by appointment at Uniform Shop.
Volunteers
We are always looking for volunteers to help with tasks such as organising the pre-loved stock and packing online orders. If you can spare an hour on a Thursday or Friday morning, please email the Uniform Shop or sign up online at https://signup.com/go/JkjVueE .
Deliveries
Most orders are filled within one week. We deliver to your child’s classroom on Fridays. If you require an item urgently, you will need to visit the Uniform Shop personally by booking an appointment.
Pre-loved Items
We love to receive your pre-loved uniform items in good condition for resale. Please remove your name, wash them before donation, and bring them to the Uniform Shop on Thursday or Friday mornings or to the School Office on any other day. You can only purchase pre-loved items by visiting the Uniform Shop - they are not available to purchase online.
Refund and returns policy
We recommend visiting the Uniform Shop to try before you buy. Most items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size. Refunds are only issued as store credit to be used for future purchases.
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be returned within 28 days, unused, in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. Please email the Uniform Shop to advise that you intend to exchange/return the item and provide us with the date of purchase
We are unable to offer an exchange or return of hats, beanies, gloves and socks/stockings. Faulty or defective items can be returned anytime within the warranty period and will be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Pre-loved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
